    Unfortunately, I have to break my lease early, which finishes on June 1st. Room is available for April and May, or just May.
    Double room available in nice 3 bedroom house sharing with 2 friendly female students for €300 per month, plus €300 deposit which will be returned on leaving.
    It is situated in Kilmainham in a cul de sac off the main road, so very quiet. It's very close to St. James' hospital, so would suit health science students and about 25 mins walk to TCD campus, or 10 mins on the bus to city centre.
    All mod cons, including washer, dryer and high speed broadband. No TV.
    Bills are extra, and include €15 for broadband, plus electricity and gas, which are shared.
