Does anyone know of a homemade solution for moss build up on shady areas,
I dont want to power wash as ultimately it breaks up the surface of the tarmac over time

Just treated my tarmac driveway with "Moss Buster". It's irish made, got it in my local hardware store, €22 for 5 litres. Make up a 1 in 5 dilution with water and away you go. Excellent stuff. Saw the moss dying within an hour of applying.

Washing powder before a good shower of rain can work too.

used jeyes fluid on mine a few weeks ago - worked a treat. You need plenty of elbow grease though with the yard brush!!

Mix cheap bleach with water and pour over 5:1 or there abouts
