selling concern re selling faulty ACER tablet and security issues

I just stuck my husbands very minor faulty tablet on Adverts as he would rather sell it rather than pay the 100 to send it off to Acer.
I am now concerned that that all the sites he was using regularly, ie ebay, paypal, push email etc will all be available to the person who buys it and repairs it.
It was a charging issue that stopped it charging, but in the course of things I did a reset, would that make any difference?
    Thanks in advance.

If you done a factory reset you'll be fine as it restores the tablet back to it's original state, all those websites etc would be tied into his google account but that would be erased from the FR

Yea, just make sure you make the buyer aware of the fault ;)
