Where to get Rear Brake half-moon washers?

I am rebuilding an old racer frame, but the rear brake mount is just a hole in a circular cross tube, no flat surface.
I have seen the half-moon washers mentioned that can be used to give a flat surface to the securing nut/brake, but I can't find any LBS that has them (or at least will sell them to me).
Does anyone know a source online that does them for cheap enough?

    thanks.
    Rob.

You might try Rothar in Phibsboro. They'll likely have some second-hand.

Agree with the LBS thing but try
    http://www.tucksfasteners.ie/
If you call them they'll know what you're talking about and even if they don't have them they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Call into a local DIY/hardware store rather than a LBS?

I made some space now. have 3 different washers, and an oval shaped diamond file to modify them if you need. you can try them out and give me back the 2 you dont need.

I dont have any freewheels left
