I recently got my social welfare record and notice I have not been awarded credits for a time spent on BTEA.
When I rang I got the brush off and each time I now ring they just say they dont know, and tell me to ring this and that department.
    This from welfare site

"If you are unemployed and getting credits you can continue to get credits if you take part in one of the following:
    • Back to Education Allowance Scheme (BTEA)
    • Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme (VTOS)
    • FÁS/Cert/BIM/Teagasc training courses"
Anybody else come across this, as it means I only get 90% of a pension and the extra credits due would give me a full pension.
