Play Store issue

Trying to log into the Play Store on a Sony Xperia e10i but getting the following error message: I've confirmed the Google account does work online with the Play Store and the phone does have internet access via WiFi. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? :confused:

Did you try accessing the play store over the 3g connection? It wouldn't fix it, but would suggest it is at least related to the wifi rather than the phone.
