With the bbc now only showing 10 of the 19 races this season, what sat would be best to watch the races free to air. I can get astra 19.2 no bother, anyone know what station I should be looking for. I am hoping to watch foreign station with 5live commentary.
    Cheers

RTL for qualifying and races. Sport 1 IIRC for practice

Both on Astra 1 at 19.2 East

    BBC Radio Five Live:D

You'll need a multi-LNB setup, and a second receiver. And possibly a delay line of some sort, or a receiver with timeshift (although they don't all work on radio).

EDIT: The practice sessions were on nTV (another RTL channel) last year, but I don't think they are this year. Sport1 looks like it only has delayed coverage of the main sessions also.
