Any DEP payments yet?

The final DEP payment is well due about now. It was paid about March 1 last year

Still waiting on shaggin reps. Me and 4000 others I believe. Hear money is tight. Probably same with dep. could really do with both now. Really really.

Im another one of the 4000. rang last week and after 6 seperate calls got in touch with a very helpful woman who got it transfered through to our local office, she said to start leaning on them now. So i have to plague them tomorrow. i wonder at what stage they will put my no. on the automatic reject list?

Ring them because they wont ring you,if you have everything right theres no need to be afraid. We had a sfp held up last year over a very minor over claim rang them they sent a letter that we had to sign and had payment within a week of ringing.
Also we were locked up with tb and qualified for the hardship rang and were told we didnt qualify until the second test rang after the second test and were told we couldnt get it because we didnt apply after the first test. :rolleyes:

Kept ringing and got it €5k the woman in the dept said "it wouildnt make or break you" :mad: to which we were called in for an apology.:D

Rang today again. advisor hadnt sent in a form and was told it would be 4-5 months before payment. If there was a teagasc office anywhere close i would have been done for murder.

F**k them. they get their wages regardless whether they are competent or not. If they can do this taking no regard that these payments are a major part of a farmers income, then everyone would be better off without them. I might understand if it was a one off but its became a joke. Whats pissed them off is that i have highlighted numerous forms and files that were never even sent off to the department from their side of things. I dont know about the rest of you but we cant afford to be apologetic for incompetency or what just seems like bone idle laziness on their behalf.

has anyone heard anything at all on the dep payment? the beef guys got paid in january.... asked teagasc man a few weeks ago and he said it should be paid end of february

Just announced on Dept website by S. Coveney that DEP payments will issue next week
