Sign Up to revenue.ie and submit how much you paid.

You just fill out the form with your details and how much you paid. you dont need to submit the receipts, but should keep them incase; as they can request to see them, but you dont need to send them in with the form. You put your bank details on the form and theyll transfer the money straight into your account

Try the below link. It's a med 1 form via snail mail or just login to your paye anytime account and fill in the health expenses section for the applicable years and submit.

As always, since its a tax relief, you need to have paid tax in year the expense occurred to claim tax relief.
