Redundancy rates on Short-time?

I am on short time over a year, and it looks like the company is finally going to fold. We work three weeks, then sign on (no work) on the forth week. I always assumed that as my wages were reduced by 25% then my redundancy would be reduced by 25% too. Is this true in any case? Anyone have any experience around this?…
