Any recommendations on the best way to fix a scratch on a double-panel rad (like this one) ... and a small dent in a PVC door (talking around 5mm deep by 1cm wide)?

For the rad, I've seen a few scratch repair kits for cars, but not sure if they'd work with a heated surface.

You would not be able to use normal diy type fillers on this , having said that it cant be too deep into the paint as the layers are quite thin. If the rad was very new just rub back the scratch with wet and dry till smooth, wipe down with some white spirits and touch up with rad paint. Alternatively mask off the panel and hit it with a couple of layers of spray paint. (Suitable for radiators).Plasti cote rad paint is widely available for small money.

Thanks ... yeah rads are brand new. Builders scratched it so I'll get them to repair it!
