Brilliant Publicity Stunt - What would you do?

New York company Thinkmodo came up with this new viral video in order to promote Colin Farrell's new movie 'Dead Man Down'.

Some funny reactions, you dont really know what you're going to do in that situation until you're faced with it. You would like to think you would be one of the people who would do something. I suppose there is a larger fear of harming yourself if you intervened in America with the availability of guns, and also the level of crime in big city's.

Couldn't believe the fella at the end who started recording it, what a dick.
    Fair play to Thinkmodo though.

That's kinda cool. I'd like to think I'd start with a boot to the head. Which would suck if you were an actor

I'm shocked of that guy who took a photo instead of helping. Facebook ,,Just seen a murder lol, yolo swag.'' wtf

The reactions look as fake and staged as the murder stunt to me -can't describe exactly why, but they all look out of tune somehow.

Seems like bollix to me too. If you witnessed such a thing you wouldn't spray the guy with a fire extinguisher.. you'd be more likely to nut him with it.

The woman hitting them with the paper bag was my favourite. Like she was scolding a cat

Crazy stunt to pull in America. No way would i risk being the actor that was doing the killing, any one of those people could've just as easily whipped out a semi-automatic and shot him to the death.

Surprised one of the guys didn't get a fist to the head or a belt of that fire extinguisher

It has to be a set up. Some one would have just kicked the guy in the face, then ambulances and police would be involved. The reactions were a bit too tame for it to be real.

Hard to believe anyone would just stand there open-mouthed while theres a guy strangling another in front of them.

"Emm, maybe I'll just watch this to the end and then see what the murderer does next...............!"

Fair play to the girl with the flowers, fairly brave. Legging it while calling the cops seems like the only option.

The whole thing is a stunt, it would be too eazy for the actors to get hurt or possibly killed in a situation like that.

Plenty of people would have put a boot in yer mans head.

The bit with the guy taking the photo is just for extra rabble rabble.

I'd take a photo first for sure, sell it to the newspapers and go on a holiday with the money.
    Then I'd ring the cops.

course now you are going to get spas coping it and not realising its ALL actors, and so dying themselves or worst case scenario being beaten to death with a wet fish.

but more like causing alot of people PTSD after they witness the 'joke'
some lines you dont cross, this is one of them

Yeah I was wondering about the authenticity of it with all of the people calling 911. They would have got in a bit of trouble
