using AerLingus.com to book hotels?

    Wondering how reliable their hotel booking service is? Have found an excellent rate - about 1/2 of what booking.com and hotels.com are quoting. It's also cheaper than booking with the hotel direct (same dates/room etc).

    Only difference I can see is that it's payment in full in advance and all taxes are included.

    Thoughts anyone?

    I booked with them a number of times in the past for hotels in Paris and London and all went through without problems.
    Except for the first time I booked with them I had problems with paying for it as it would not except payment from laser, but somehow managed to put a hold on the amount required for the hotel and it took over a week for the money to be refunded to my account.
    All payments with credit card since that booking went through ok though
