Yep, that's exactly how you do it. You should be emailed a list of download links and you just download and install the games from there.

There's a humble bundle app, you link your humble bundle account to it, and all compatible games you've bought are listed. I've just bought this bundle, and have a few previous ones. Enjoying Solar 2.
