    Hi,

Started on the Paleo diet 3 weeks ago in tandem with a 3 x 45m classes of cardio / TRS a week.

Have lot 10lbs in that time.

My diet is pretty much the same every day

    - chicken for breakfast
    - turkey / salad or beef and veg for lunch
    - steak and broccoli

    Protein after training.

Is this an ok diet to keep going with. I know it's bland but I've no problems with that if it's healthy enough.

    Any info appreciated.

    Paul

I love these 2 articles used together,

What would concern me if if it's that bland, you'll get bored and it won't be sustainable, I eat liek a queen while following strict paleo diet :) Loads of great paleo recipe sites out there.

  • You'll want to be adding massive amounts of vegetables there imo.

You're going to get bored easy enough, so get yourself real butter (for cooking), a full spice rack (for spicing) and learn new techniques too.

I'm normally close enough to paleo/primal/whole food and would eat a big portion of meat at least twice daily, but I eat a load of vegetables (so low in calories) with nearly every meal too.
