    Hi Guys,

I need to arrange a transport of a bike from London area to Ireland. Do any of you did it recently and if so, what transport company would you recommend? At tme moment I have one option, but the collection date is for the end of March.

    Thank you.

Hi...I got a bike back from brothers place in London to Ireland 2 weeks ago - did it through a comany called First Direct Couriers - was basically a DHL job...brother just got a bike box from deliveries to a local bike shop - packed frame etc with loads of bubble wrap - was collected on a Tuesday morning and delivered intact on Thursday morn - road deliver - cost 110

Not sure if there's time for it but Shiply.com may get you a good price in the future - worth leaving ad up for at least a few weeks to ensure you get best price though. Downside on often great pricing is the time involved as most ppl will collect, transfer to bigger shipping container, wait til container full, ship, then deliver. Good luck!
