Loss of BBC radio channels on satellite

Anyone know anyone that could help me retune in the BBC radio channels that I used to receive on my telly via satellite? If I go near the little receiver box I'm bound to lose my telly stations too. A nice Romanian chap called Eugene fitted the system for me here in Ashbourne but I lost his number.

Is it the receiver mentioned in this thread a while back? Do you have a manual for it?

I've found one online for what I believe is an identical receiver badged as an Opticum. You'll have to go into the installation menu & either do a scan of the relevant transponder(s) or a single-satellite search.

Presumably you've lost some of the BBC tv channels too? The radio channels are still on the frequencies mentioned in your other thread.
