Iphone 5 Doesnt have a FM Reciever, so you cant unless you use your Data and the radio app

Nope, 'fraid not. Unless you're happy with podcasts.

There's no FM radio in iPhones so only 3G or Wi-Fi will work.

Well technically there is (the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi chip also has an FM receiver and transmitter), but it's not wired up internally.

You can also record live radio with the tunein radio app and then listen to it whenever you want.

You can pick up the nano from a couple of years ago for next to nothing second hand now and radio is handy to have, it's tiny too.
