With many people stuck for cash (myself included) I was wondering what the best budget set up would be. I'm thinking about building a cheap machine for myself and maybe a few friends and familly. So what de machine will need to do is..... (And most likey simultaneously)

Browse, office suit (excel word odds, maybe one of each open) and play music. Basic general computing of most family users, no need for gaming, or intensive photo editing or anything like that.

So budget as close to 350, including a monitor and wireless card.
No need for a copy of windows etc, usb3 would be nice.

So what do you guys think the best configuration would be? All opinions welcome and appreciated
