I don't know how the sizing compares to Santini but according to Assos XL should fit 185-192cm, about 6'1.5" to 6'3.5". They don't give any guideline on waist size. I bought a pair of Odlo shorts recently based on height and though the length was perfect they were way too wide for my skinny thighs and I simply couldn't wear them.

Im 5'-10" with a 33" waist used to be 36" so Im slowly shrinking.
