First 10k

    Hey all..just back from my first 10k run...not an official organised run, just me and mapmyrun. Delighted to have the first one done...I've done loads of 5 and 7.5 runs, today I bit the billet and went for it.

    Just wanted to post...I'm full of energy!

    Congrats on ur first 10k. Im training myself 4 a 10k at the march. Up to running 8k at the moment. How was ur time?

    54 minutes...was aiming for 60 or less so very happy with that. Gives me something to start with. I'm doing the great ireland run in April...that'll be my first "official" run
