They have phones for every budget, was just using mine as an example.

They incorporate the vat into there prices, so if caught they will refund it. Mine sailed through no problem.

You're requesting 'a phone', but not really going into the specifics of what would be the minimum feature set you'd tolerate..

For under €30, there's this.. excluding P&P.

You might even get it for that price around Moore Street (Dublin), as the various Dual SIM 'Asha' Nokias (aimed at the Indian market) have been putting pressure on the umm.. unrealistic price being charged for the Nokia 101.
