Is every body who has renewed this year been completely ripped off.

4 years ago I paid 435 for fully comp in the same Make and model car I am driving now. (30 at the time)

1.6 SOHC Honda Integra 120bhp. 1998 . So too nothing fancy.

Last year I had to go TPF&T best was liberty insurance that was 550 , this year cheapest so far 704 from liberty . and that's with the 50% discount applied for the 9years of no claims .

12 days left to find Insurance I can actually afford.

Its the car; most insurers wont touch an Integra regardless of whether its a 1.6 or a Type R.

Your best bet is to try some brokers; I had far more joy with them when I was insuring my Integra.

yeah thought it was car , but really Cannot explain the jump when, That's the only model car I have owned for the last 9years

I was 25 with the first one paid about 1200 at the time , Paid half that the second year , This is the highest since then. Makes no sense.

I would love to change car ...but cannot afford the insurance , so really cannot afford changing cars.
I shall continue to ring and give my details . see If i can find an improvement

Well After a full weekend , of been on the phone and over websites.

Finally got insurance with AA ... €389 . Which is more in line with what I use to pay. I'm a bit shocked so fingers crossed Nobody messed up and payment details handed over this morning.
