More interested in overall, as if i buy a 2nd hand car with it, there's a fair chance it will be imported.

Its just that I drive directly past a garage that has begun to stock LPG on my commute to work every day, and I'm giving it consideration when I come to change my car.

Ford & Volvo are the only factory-fitted ones I know of.

You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

I saw it on some Vauxhalls back in the late 90's, while I was still living there. Seperate filler near to the fuel cap.

There is a blank for an LPG nozzle next to the filler cap in our V70, so must still be an option from factory in some markets.

I doubt any brand new cars on Irish market are offered with LPG.

In Poland where LPG is widespread, there is plenty of manufacturers offering factory fitted LPG cars. That includes Alfa, Chevrolet, Dacia, Fiat, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Opel, Seat, Skoda, etc...

However they are not really LPG fitted in factory on production line.
Each of those manufacturers have contract with some bigger LPG fitting company, which fits LPG conversion to brand new car before they are offered for sale at dealers.

Many people go for it, as at the same time retrofitting LPG conversion on new car by independent LPG fitter usually causes car manufacturer warranty to be void, so barely anyone bothered to fit LPG to new car with were still under warranty.

Many people just instead of buying brand new car, decided to buy few year old (which was out of warranty) cheaper and fit LPG to it. That's why manufacturers decided to offer brand new cars with LPG fitted.

However I never heard of any LPG fitted new cars offered by Irish dealers.
