chinese tablet-getting rid of bloatware

    I've just taken delivery of an ainol novo 10 hero 2.so far I'm happy with but there is quite a bit of bloatware on it. I think its rooted already (superuser is installed) but it won't let me uninstall any of the per installed apps. There area few other small things I would like to sort as well (chrome doesn't seem to work at all which is a pain).

    I'm wondering would a custom ROM be easier ...any ideas what would work on this tablet? Or even where the best place to look for one?

    You can uninstall any of the pre-installed apps with either Titanium Backup or ES File Explorer (once you grant it system R/W permissions).
    Be careful though as uninstalling the wrong app in system could lead to a bricked device.

    Hi, all,
    I got vido N80RK this week and it was all in chinese including the instruction manual.
    the tablet is working fine and was able to change the language to english but it still has lot of chinese bloatware which i want to get rid of.
    I need guidance in how to remove the chinese bloatware and flashing new rom on to my new baby.
    I have been following this forum which is very active about the chinese tablets.
    The tab is currently on stock rom of march 2013 and it came with 4.1.1 jelly bean.
    could any of the chinese tab owners in the forum guide me in this regard as well as to upgrade or direct me how can I update it.
