    Hi there,

I am an adult looking to return to karate training in Galway. I have trained in both Shotokhan and Gojo Ryu and have a preference for Gojo Ryu but it doesn't seem to be on offer in Galway.

Can someone please recommend clubs with adult classes in Shotokhan or other karate in Galway city/ Oranmore region? Also interested in trying Kung Fu.

    Thanks
    HO

Sensei John Ryan Godan (5th Dan) Shotokan Institute of Ireland runs a club based out of Creaven House

I've trained with Sensei Ryan on a number of occasions and I have the highest respect for him as an instructor.
