The Kingfisher Trail

I'm thinking of doing the Kingfisher Trail which encompasses Fermanagh, Leitrim, Cavan and Monaghan in the summer.

From what I've been reading you should allow at least five days to complete the route. Hopefully this will be okay for me as I'm looking at a fairly leisurely pace and nothing at break neck speed!

So I was just wondering if anyone else has done this particular trail? Recommendations and advice much appreciated. Thanks.

    Staying in B&B's/hostels.

Mostly flat (ish) terrain, plus I can put the bike on the train from Dublin to Carrick-on-Shannon where you can pick up the route. It seems quite popular from what I've read too.
