Hi. I'm writing a paper on freedom of association in the context of labour relations. It's a comparative analysis, so I'll be looking at the situation in Ireland and the UK, as well as at EU level. I'm just finding my feet in the subject and trying to generate a few ideas, but I'm struggling with the UK side of things. Obviously there's no written constitution in the UK, so where exactly should I be looking? Thanks.
