    Just bumping this as it's on tomorrow week.

    Gonna give it a try I'd say. Will be my first time trying 100k, but I reckon if I reduce the average speed I should be ok.

    Tis a small bit of pain to go through when you think of where the money is going!

    as long as it is not too windy this is great 100km for novices. None of the climbs are prolonged as all are short and quick and the steep ascends are over with quickly.

    Lovely scenery around the Old Head, into Timoleague, a lovely flat 5km into Courtmacsherry and then onto Clonakilty and home again.

    ..if the wind stays away this will be a great day out.
