205 or 206 hardener for unheated build

So, I'm looking for advice from anyone who has used West Systems Epoxy for building in unheated conditions in Ireland. If you had to pick one hardener, would it be 205 or 206?
I'm a little concerned that the slow hardener will just be too slow what with our unique ambient temperatures and all ;)

I use the 205 for just about everything, as soon as you mix it pour it into a tray to spread it out and it will give you a bit more time to work with.

+1 on the 205. Put a tent over the work and a heater if it's really cold. Or work away in the cold and post cure. i.e. a higher temperature over a given period, say 12hrs or so

What is the effect of post-curing on the bond strength?

They say it can be 20-25% stronger, sometimes I just go over my work with a heat gun just to warm it up a bit and that seems to work.

I was using slow hardner last few days with graphite powder and it set in cold temp. It took a few hours longer but set ok.
