New PC for home use Budget 350ish

Just a general home pc for a family member but he'd rather spend a bit more and gets something of better quality, that will also serve well in the future.

I've done a provisional build, he's happy with the price, just wondering is there anything that is major overkill or could be swapped out

Seems fine really, you could make it slightly cheaper by swaping in the i3-3220 instead, the only difference is HD2500 vs HD4000 graphics which won't make any difference to a browsing/office PC. You also could probably throw in a cheaper €50 odd euro B75 mATX like this board unless it is missing some needed feature.

I'm looking for a similar build at the same price, problem is I need a monitor on top of it all.
