Experienced Drummer Wanted

Hi,

We are a working band in the Kerry area looking for an experienced drummer who would be willing to travel as far as Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Tipperary, Laois, Offaly, Dublin and Galway to gig. Possibly an odd gig in Donegal. Only serious drummers with their own kits, drum packs and leads must apply. Drummer must be:

1. Willing to travel every Friday and Saturday night on at least 48 weekends a year. Some Sundays and Thursdays also.

2. Experienced.

3. Located in the Kerry, west Limerick, north Cork area for rehearsals etc.

We have a drummer at the moment but he can't commit to the same level that we would like to be at so we are looking for someone who is available more or less full time, who is good, has experience and can travel. PM me or leave a message and we'll see if we have a match and can arrange a jam.

I'm not into playing covers though.

We are a covers band only. Sorry if that wasn't made clear. We are all around the 30+ mark ourselves. We just don't want any beginners or people with no experience messaging us. Thanks for the enquiry though.

Worked mostly in UK session drumming and other instruments. In semi retirement now. Still do the odd session now and again. Also manager and publisher.

What I meant by where are you coming from is where are you based? Are you in Kerry?

I don't doubt your experience or ability for a second.

It's just that we are a covers band. You said you were looking for originals.

Eg: "will need to be able to play sets and waltzes" that'll be needed in Donegal

hey im a pro drummer, very good at what I do and very experienced but live in Waterford city, very interested in this but distance is probably a problem

Hi there drummer of 25 years + not doing anything at the minute. Would be interested living in wexford would be willing to travel and commit.been gigging for the last twenty years plenty of experience and I got vocals too,got own gear etc..... Would love a pop or a jam. Cheers.
