    Hi guys,

    I Injured my foot in work yesterday, made it known etc but thought i'd be fine. Now today it's incredible painful to walk.

    If i go to the doctor who is liable to pay the bill? It's a injury which wouldnt have happened to me outside work - very task related.

    Hi newbee1, sorry to hear that. I think you need to talk to your manager / HR first, and if you're not happy, then maybe get professional legal advice (which can't be given here).

    It depends on your contract, and also on the company's policies.

    There is no rule.

    How did it happen and why do you think your company was responsible for your injury?. What could they have done to prevent it?
