Nexus 7 driver problem

I reinstalled Win7 on my pc.

Now when I go into calibre to transfer books onto my nexus I can't seem to do it.

I've rooted my Nexus 7 so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Basically, I cant link up calibre with the device - like when I want to send a book to the device it just does nothing.

Has anyone any suggestions on how to get this fixed. There was a yellow ! on the nexus driver in device manager but I messed around with toolkit and got normal drivers installed again but not those ADB ones(iirc they were called something along those lines)

Right click on the device in the device manager and choose to uninstall it. I'd reinstall calibre after that, and reconnect the nexus.

So uninstall driver, reinstall calibre, then install nexus driver again??
