A neighbour of mine is out of work at the minute and he,s lookin towards becomin a farm labourer. He has a great work ethic but doesn't know a whole lot about farming and has never worked on a farm before. I told him to get on to the F.R.S and to do a few courses with them but after that im all out of ideas. Is there any other advice i could give him?

Talk to dairy farmers in your area. This is the time of year a second pair of hands would be welcome and once he's not expecting to earn big bucks some one will have a few hours for him.
