Have had a search but can't find anything on noseless saddles here. I'm thinking of getting one, but they've gotten mixed reviews, according to the internet at large.

Would boardsies advise for or against noseless saddles?

It's possibly worth it for pseudo-cheating in TTs, but otherwise no.

    You lose some stability.

(this is based on my experience with an Adamo)

I wouldn't be racing - just trying to avoid any potential damage to the genitalia.

Get a conventional saddle with a cut out.

I'd recommend trying out an Adamo, I got one over a month ago and I find it great. I'm only starting to adapt to it now but for me personally I find it very good (no pain at all).
