Heathrow T3

    Hey,

    Anyone flown in to Heathrow T3 on an EU flight recently? I'm trying to figure out if 2 hours is enough time to clear T3 immigration and pick up a bag and then make it over to T1 for check in to a separate flight.

    The alternative is I'd have to get a 7am flight from Vienna which I really don't want to do as I'd be spending 6-7 hours in Heathrow.

    If anyone could help in my decision making it'd be appreciated :)

    Flew into T4 recently and managed to get luggage and transfer to T1 in under an hour so I'd say you'll be fine. However, that assumes flight will be on time!!

    Yeah I reckon I'd be fine too, however the slightest delay and I'm looking at spending a night in Heathrow.

    Think I'll grab the earlier flight heh.

    Get the earlier one. My flight landed 2 hours before my connection, by the time it actually got to the terminal and I got off it was half an hour later. Took me about an hour to change terminals and when I arrived I was told bags have to be loaded about half an hour before take off and one hour is not enough for them (guess above poster was lucky) to change from t4 to t1 so I wasnt allowed on the flight and had to wait for the next one.
