How much land do you have available, how many do you intend to milk, how tuned in to grass and breeding are you? What experience have you, why did you quit or was it the last generation? What is your repayment capacity?
If I was lending you money these are some of the qusetions I would ask you.
No one on here can answer your question without some further info. Dairy farmers are operating comfortably a levels from €0-€4000/cow and equally there are guy struggeling in thye same range. So what I'm saying is it's really up to you

the reason i got out was due to a dispute with my brother had a farm rented off him but nothing on paper got caught for 400 k with him and was milking 175 cows at the time and not enough facitilies at home farm at the time to return there with cows. plus was sick of every thing as i had started with 20 cows and my parents and my wife worked our ass off to build it up .so we never wanted out but circumstance proved impossible. basically cows are all i ever knew or wanted

i started off 5 yrs ago with 2.5 k per cow and is currently down to 1k per cow. Reps sfp and dissadvantage have helped with repayments so im not sure what is doable without these
