Hey lads I got meself a zastava sniper today and the bolt seems a bit tight on it and a bit squeaky! Is this normal with a new bolt action rifle or does it need oiling or something?

Yes a stiff bolt is quite normal because if you think about it what your doing is pulling back a tightly coiled and thick spring.....it just gets a little getting used to.
As for the squeak you could just remove your bolt and put a little bit of silicone oil on it and rub it around with your hand, dont use too much only a little because it could get sticky.
    Hope this helps
