Rendered pretty useless for my needs. Was mailed instructions from the guys who supplied it, to reboot with feiyu firmware.…

Was mailed instructions from the guys who supplied it, to reboot with feiyu firmware. Done all of that (wiped cache,media, data) installed update from microsd, got the installation successful/reboot message, and since it has not rebooted and will not turn on/reset

Anyone able to guide me as to what to do now, other than returning it.
