AMD C-60 Processor compatibility with AMD E-450

    Hey guys

    I'm just wondering whether any of ye know if it's possible to swap out processors in a lap top with another similar processor ?

    I'm just after getting a gift of an Asus X501U but it's got an AMD C-60 processor which to be honest is woeful , it struggles to stream videos online ect .
    So i went looking online and there is very little info on this laptop Model but on processors there was a decent amount , they use the same architecture have different GPU's but both belong to the same Bravos family ?

    If it is possible to replace them I wouldn't be doing it myself I'd be handing it into a PC upgrading shop in cork?

    And what do you say the cost would be ? Because I may be better off flogging this and putting the money together for a new laptop
