Vodafone Tablet - Android- Netflix

    Hi,
    I have a 10" Vodafone Tablet that was running Netflix without a problem. It is using Android 3.2 version. Netflix has stopped loading content - the site is showing - my account is there and my viewing history is there. I have tried loading direct through the browser and through the App - I have uninstalled and rebooted and all the usual stuff but no joy. Other vodeos are playing ,ie, Youtube, Realplayer, RTE player etc.
    The Help on Netflix suggests "Access Developer Options" in settings and uncheck- do not keep activities. I cannot find developer option in settings on my device- can anyone help me - I am not IT tech and if this is not the solution can you suggest anything else?
