My planning for my garage is due to run out in a few weeks. If i was to get the base of the garage done before the deadline would that be enough to satisfy planning and i could finish the rest of it during the spring?

I might not be 100% correct, but I think it has to be up to eaves level by the planning deadline

Different councils appear to have different rules, in Roscommon the house had to be ready for the roof to be constructed, some councils used to be satisfied with just the foundations dug.

Best check with the local council.
