PC for streaming football ie SKY Go

    I want to hook a PC up to my TV to watch SKY Go and other football games by streaming from sopcast.
    I was wondering could anyone recommend a PC that should be good enough to do this? I have fairly decent laptop so I just need the PC for the one purpose only which is steaming sports via Sky Go or sopcast. I'm looking at refurbished PCs on eBay but don't know what would suit. All I know is I need one with s video out as thats all my TV can take.
    I have 100 Mbps broadband speed from UPC if that makes a difference to the PC I need?
