Attic Conversion Bray 2013 Recommendations

    Hi All,

    Sorry for posting about attics - I know there is lots of info on this but I am looking for some up to date info. Would anyone be able to PM me details of a builder they used and would recommend? I live in Bray - standard 3 bed semi-d. Quotes I have gotten so far varied from 9-18k so I'm very confused! 9 seems too good to be true and 18 seems too much.

    The most important element to us (aside from the quality of the build of course) is saving space in our box bedroom where the stairs goes next to so if anyone has had a good experience in relation to this element please let me know.
