Spoke to them about over a week ago had to contact them again this week to find out of they were going to do the job for me or not. - said they'd contanct me but nothing since. Posts suggest they're good - but have to say I'm surprised and a little scepitical now

I don't have any experience of this crowd, but in general if it is that difficult to get through to a business when you are trying to give them money, what would it be like if you had a problem down the road?

what kind alarm you are after ? there is tonns of them, from cheap to expensive. i did install couple cheap alarms, .... 35-45 quid for alarm, but they are not really good, they goes off when they like, even if wired properly, and hundred times checked. better go for good name alarm system.
i wouldnt contact them again, as they are not interested in business, so find another company, there is lot of them out there, use google.

cant recommend anyone, as i never used anyone.

    Thanks guys,

yeah my feeling too - if it's that hard to give someone money - then one has to wonder alright.

Yes I'm looking for a good alarm system cause there could be a bit of gear in the vehicle at any one time. So what attracted me to these guys was the exact fit of one of the kits they offered to my needs. Looks like like I better get moving and call round to some of the main street workshops. I was being lazy and hoping that I could get someone to come to me. :(

actually, alarm wont guard you from stealing gear from car, cos if somebody will be after it, smash the window, take gear, and run away, people will start look on your car, when it will be roaring for good few minutes, thief will be many miles away. if you have expensive gear in car, i think is better remove it from car, or park car in place, where strangers have no access, something closed yard.

google for car alarm installers, sure youll get few around.
