plastic door trim on van was robbed

hi all to my horror i noticed yesterday on the passenger side door the plastic protection trim was ripped off,,the door looks pure gammy now as you could imagine does anyone know where i can pick one of these up its an 08 fiat doblo cargo 1.3mjtd van and im based in mayo but am willing to travel thanks if anyone can help me

hi all
