    That's Swagger fúcked I'd say:

WWE star Jack Swagger was arrested last night in Mississippi, TMZ has learned -- after allegedly driving under the influence ... with pot in his car. Sources close to the situation tell TMZ, Swagger -- real name Jacob Hager -- was leaving a "Smackdown" taping at Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi when he was pulled over for speeding. According to law enforcement, the officer who pulled him over determined Swagger was driving under the influence -- and a search revealed Swagger was in possession of marijuana. We're told Swagger -- a former WWE World Heavyweight champ -- was taken in by local police officers ... and later released on his own recognizance.

He has been charged with DUI (not alcohol), marijuana possession, and speeding -- all misdemeanors.

We reached out to WWE, who tells TMZ, "Mr. Swagger is responsible for his own personal actions."

Jesus! What a gobs#ite! He was getting a relatively good storyline, a new mouthpiece and a prospect of a title run.

Stupider than RVD. That takes some doing. Harsh on Zeb, probably cost him a job too.

If I was the WWE I would be sooooooooo p*ssed with the guy.

How bad is this? Cameron got arrested for a DUI last year but I don't think she was punished too much by WWE. Kaitlyn too recently for an old speeding ticket, they still put the divas title on her though.

    He was caught:
    1) drunk Driving
    2) in possession of pot
    3) speeding

    Yeah - he's f*cked!

I think the fact he had pot on him means he's in violation of the wellness rules they have. This does not look good, Henry to replace him at wrestle mania?

There's a difference between the two divas and the guy who is getting one of the biggest pushes on TV at the moment and is one of your maineventers at your biggest show of the year...

Wouldn't it be ironic if he was arrested by a mexican cop.

    Fantastic.

This a wowzer! I mean, how could any pro-wrestler in as prominent position as Swagger's been cast not recall what happened to RVD?

Hey, if you enjoy weed and booze, cool, I ain't a judge, but do you really dare driving a vehicle in that condition whilst currently enjoying, most likely, the highest point of your career for a corporation with a family/kid focus?

I know, stating the obvious, but you'd have to be high to try something like that. Oh ****, wait......................

I don't suppose there's any chance Zeb can hang around and maybe pair up with Swagger later, or maybe Cesaro at some point? I'm loving these promos.

If WWE need a new heat magnet pairing get Rafa and Suarez. Bet Balotelli got some abuse behind the camera on Sky tonite too.

    Weed Keller:
Wade Keller's Instant Analysis of Jack Swagger Arrest story

Jack Swagger spent a long stretch of time in the WWE dog house in part because he fell asleep during a production meeting once. If this is a sign of ongoing maturity or professionalism issues, WWE may be regretting the massive renewed push he just got this month.

Now the question is whether WWE will believe this is serious enough to take him out of the World Title match at WrestleMania. Details are sketchy, so it's hard to evaluate the right move at this point, but if he put other people in danger with his driving, it might be the right call.

If nothing else, again if it's part of an ongoing pattern of behavior that brings to question his professionalism, WWE may pull back quickly after WrestleMania on his push.

This driving incident and arrest could potentially cost Swagger more than a million dollars in opportunities in coming years if WWE is concerned he'll be an embarrassment to them and a danger to himself and others.

Swagger IS that lad who sits in the back of the class who misses every third day.

Lay off rovert. Kevin Keegan did the same thing when he managed England when they met up to discuss tactics.

Well he was reinventing his character. And adds to the frat boy type persona.

But we'll blame the Mexicans anyway

Zeb to take the fall.... and blame 'Nam and the flashbacks for needing the marijuana.

Nobody has touched on the fact that Seb Coulter/Wayne Keown's teenage grand-daughter was killed in a car crash a few months ago where the driver was escaping from the police.

And here is Swagger putting lives at risk on the road by driving under the influence.

I highly doubt that Coulter/Keown will want to work with Swagger again after this.

Wrestling is just so lol sometimes. All the sh*t that happens and you still get surprised time and time again by people's stupidity/real life stuff being funnier than the storylines they write.

TMZ.com reports that WWE Superstar Jack Swagger was arrested last night in Mississippi after allegedly driving under the influence and possession marijuana.

Swagger, real name Jacob Hager, had just wrestled at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum for the WWE SmackDown taping when he was pulled over for speeding.

The cop that pulled him over determined Swagger was driving under the influence. After they searched him, marijuana was found.

Swagger was taken to a local jail and was released later in the evening.

He has been charged with DUI (not alcohol), marijuana possession, and speeding: all misdemeanors.

A WWE spokesperson said,"Mr. Swagger is responsible for his own personal actions."

The Sun Herald reports that Jack Swagger’s court date for his Tuesday night DUI, marijuana possession and speeding arrests is March 12th in Biloxi.

Swagger was pulled over at 11:59 pm last night on Lorraine Road near Morningside Drive in Biloxi after an officer saw his 2013 Ford Taurus speeding.

Police Capt. Craig Petersen said, He was released to an acquaintance who picked him up at the police station."

Swagger was released on a summons and is due in court on March 12th.

No alcohol involved from what I can see, in a lot of states weed possession is ok too, not to say it wasn't really stupid but not as bad as is being made out.

According to the official Wellness Policy of the WWE, which you can read on their corporate website, the punishment for any WWE Superstar or employee being arrested in possession of drugs could be as severe as an immediate dismissal from the company.
"Any WWE Talent, who is arrested, convicted or who admits to a violation of law relating to use, possession, purchase, sale or distribution of drugs will be in material breach of his/her contract with WWE and subject to immediate dismissal."
At the very least, WWE can use the drug charge in lieu of a positive test for the substance, amounting in a fine of $2,500. However, testing positive for marijuana is not held to the same standard as steroids, or other performance enhancing drugs, and WWE is under no legal obligation to suspend Swagger, in the event that he remains with the company

Yeah no alcohol involved at least. While it's true to say that marijuana laws are being relaxed in parts of the country somehow I don't feel a deep south state like Mississippi is one of them, there's still an issue with drinking down there even, over half the state's counties have 'dry laws'.
