My radiator in my hall is half heating. The top is cold bottom warm, I bled it last week and it was fine now it's doing the same again. Why would it keep getting air in it?

If the system is sealed/pressurised, it is most likely a leak that is located quite close to that rad.
If the system is open vented, it could be a number of reasons, one being the same as above, others being pitching, pump over, incorrect pipework, etc.
If the issue has just recently began, it is likely to be a leak, especially if the rad is gathering a lot of air frequently.
