    Who's the coach?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,848 ✭✭✭Andy-Pandy

I live in the area, and would be interested in more details on this. I've no experience in any sort of combat sport but it's something i'd like to take up.

His name is Keith Brennan. An irish american. Has just moved "home". Really nice guy.
Trained mma in Boston. 16-0 record in kick boxing.

Yeah man, oss, he looks like the real deal.
He's hoping he can compete soon and go to some open mats to show his worth.

Winning a Kratty match v Florian means nothing, so if this is why he is the real deal then reevaluate that!

Lad might be awesome at BJJ but surely finding out his BJJ grade would be very easy, And if he beat Florian in a BJJ match then that would be different

    Alright Cowzer

Yeah I really should have asked him his belt. I feel a bit stupid now.
He was wearing a deadly rash guard so Im going to guess hes at least a purple.

The most awesome rash guard i ever had was when i was a white belt ;)

Hey and fact he is going to compete is cool, ya cant question people who compete as they are showing their level.

Or Facebook! I told him to hurry up and get a boards account too because obviously that's very important for anyone serious about bjj in Ireland.

No, if you type his name followed by "BJJ" into Google you get nothing. Strange.

Yeah it is a bit. I will go up and check out a class.
    Maybe Ive been fooled.
I wonder if he really can bench that 140 he was on about

Google doesn't know everything about everyone, so it's maybe a bit early to draw any conclusions.

What might be a good idea though would be to post when and where it's on. No good having a class that no one can find.

Google'd surely throw back a result or two, though. Nothing on the name when searched in conjunction with 'MMA', 'Kickboxing', 'Karate'.....

Aw wait.....I get it....that's what he said to his penis that night he'd imbibed a lil' too much liqour and couldn't get rapey with his mates.

Funny how it took Lloyd Irvin about a month to respond to rape accusations but only about an hour to respond to claims about him being a shyster.

If you're going to start putting words into people's mouths like this, I'll probably have to close the thread.

Whoa lads don't shoot the messenger. That's a direct quote. Nothing to do with me. I have no association to this guy. I just meet him twice.
    He looks good though.

You are not the messenger, unless he told you to go on a web forum and tell a bunch of people he hasn't met that he supposedly said something about some other guy.

    Now drop it.
